Just upgraded to 1.9.5 and also getting:

Somebody suggested setting up multiple IPs and round-robin but I don't know how to do it. Any other suggestions please?

I have a similar problem. After I added the localhost to proxy= statement I get the problem a lot less. My line reads:

proxy = http://127.0.0.1:3128/

However I am still getting the problem albeit less frequently. So now I am trying another solution from here in the forum, namely round-robin on multiple IPs. First I used Webmin to add another public IP to my squid box. Now I am researching balance_on_multiple_ip and tcp_outgoing_request and X-Forwarded-For but I am getting nowhere. Please assist.

It was working fine for a while. But, now I added another dsl line and have a tplink load balancer that mixes up the two and outputs to one ip which is my default gw for our network gw.

How can I setup squid to run on multiple ips eventhough is really running on one external ip. Please guide me to where I can fix this problem.

I have 3 dsl lines connected to a load balance, the load balance is connected to our gw. Videos are not getting cached. Please guide me to where I can find a solution to that problem.

HTTP 204 status means server didn't reply with any content at all. Is it occurring with only a few videos or all of them?
