Hi!

Please check proxy option in /etc/videocache.conf and set it appropriately. This is the cause of access denied errors in most cases.

same problem and as per ISP no need to configure a proxy for their internet connection.

I have the same issue. please find videocache.conf below:

my HD is SATA 320BG and 40GB used for squid cache
