how i can add my own site

Dear Sir,

currently i try to evaluate videocache effect on my network, i discover significant decrease on my bandwidth after i use your wonderful plugin, i have our own hosted video site and i would like to add it to the cache process could you help me to do that or even guide me where i can read about that. thanks
