one more suggestion:
add support for something like:
total_cache = 20000
to limit total of ALL videocache dir !!
and other option to EXPIRE videos that are very old and not 'HIT' for long time (option can be per video-site)

We already have a solution in the latest code on repository. A cleanup method will be available in next version which is scheduled to be released this week.
