That's because redtube download URL has changed some time ago, and since then it's changing frequently. Right now it's http://c8ff.redtube.com/... instead of dl.redtube.com - you have to edit acl in squid configuration file.

Ups, my comment above was truncated for some reason. I meant, you have to edit the redtube ACL in your squid configuration file.
