i found a bug in the engine videocache me, when I try the cache youtube with 9 minutes in duration, seen in the log mesin videocache,

i try in this url

and then

when ever you see this kind of log means you must batter to restart your server will solve this isue its happen when you restart squid whats the problem squid reset the squid process and pid file of its self but python still working its some miss config witch will be solve in future release by some restart script or may be automatic reloader. here you plz. restart server always in that case recomended.

Hi!

Please check if something/firewall is blocking port 9100 on your server. Also, check permissions and ownership of folder /var/log/videocache and /var/spool/videocache (they should be proxy:proxy on debian derivatives and squid:squid on rpm based distros).
