Videocache 1.9.7 hit_threshold not working

Whenever i set hit_threshold in the videocache.conf to 2 or 3, the videocache still cache videos that only opened once. Any help appreciated.

This issue has been fixed in version 1.9.8 and hit_threshold is strictly followed now. Please checkout.
