youtube CDN?

I browser url : "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MiZHNrFVEZY&NR=1"

AND videocache.log show
-------------------------------------------------------
REQUEST - http://203.66.48.43/youtube-fmt34/MiZHNrFVEZY.34?ivit=5455&original=www....
-------------------------------------------------------

But videocache do nothing ! Maybe it think 203.66.48.43 is not target host!

How can I add the IP to cache target ?

ps:
I thank 203.66.48.43 Maybe is youtube's CDN or ISP's Transparent Proxy.
