1.9.7 Youtube Error : DOWNLOAD_ERR YOUTUBE Error while caching video. HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable

Using 1.9.7 with direct internet connection,
no proxy setting on : cache_host.

We got a lot youtube caching error like this :

This may be result of temporary network issues or may be issues of Youtube part. Can you please check if this error occurs all the time or sometimes?
