Can't start squid

Dear Admin,
I had configured videocache and result at the first time like here :

Squid Cache (Version 2.7.STABLE6): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 2.405 seconds = 1.117 user + 1.288 sys

What's the wrong with my configuration ?
The permit owner each file or directory had been squid user.
I used freebsd 7.0
