download speed an max parallel

if I have 20 customers looking videos, but set the maximum 10 parallel downloads, I'll have problems like rejection errors?

if I have a client with a speed of 512k (via control bandwidth) to the proxy, VideoCach download the video as requested by customers with an average of 512k? or try to download at the maximum speed that provides the connection from the proxy to the Internet, for example 10mb?

Hi Anon,

Customers are not rejected. If number of videos are more than max parallel, then there will be a queue but customers will be able to see videos without any problems or delay.
