max_video_size dont work

Hello.

I have configured the option max_video_size = 200, but "videocache" is saving files larger than 200MB. please fix this because it is a waste of bandwidth.

Hi Roggers,

There was a minor bug which prevented video size enforcement when only max or min size was specified. Please contact for fix.
