videocache does not cache video when i changed my ip address

i had installed videocache with
squid 2.7 stable9
ubuntu server
first the videocache was working very good and caching video than i just change the ip of the server to test it as a transparent server using mikrotik nat role.
the videocache has stoped caching the video, for clearence this is videocache.log

and when i restart the apache2 the error show up
Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
please can you tell me where is the wrong

Hi Mustafa,
I don't see any errors in the log messages you have pasted. Please check the description of the option min_youtube_views in /etc/videocache.conf and set it to zero. Please contact us with your videocache.conf if the problem still persists. Don't forget to restart vc-scheduler after changing the option.

the cache was working normally after i reboot the machine the min_youtube_views by default 1000 i change it to 0 to disable this option
Seems like youtube is changing his URL, there's a lot of videos using partial content, check the final part of your URL: range=4751360-7127039
