vc-scheduler doesn't start after system reboot

by marlowbg on 23 Mar 2011 Hello, I noticed that vc-scheduler is not starting automatically when I reboot the system and I have to manually start it: vc-scheduler -s start Do you know how to solve this problem?

limit speed of download of videocache

by Anonymous on 18 Mar 2011 Is there any way i can specify the speed of download of the script or schedule the script to only download at certain time or at idle internet traffic time? if possible please add this in next version of the script. if it is possible to implement now please do let me know how thanks

Would be well that the plug-in did also __Windows updates__ and some other sites

Usually I separate servers per destination. But there are greater firms as Akamei, CDN which at the same time serve both youtube and windowsupdates destination, thus I can to caching either one or another, but not both together. vc-cleaner not working

videocache.conf in apache2/conf.d for multiple directories

The original is: Alias /videocache /var/spool/videocache <Directory /var/spool/videocache> Options +Indexes Order Allow,Deny Allow from all </Directory> I need to add another directory. by Anonymous on 6 Mar 2011 Hi, I'm able to run videocache with squid, but video size in /var/spool/videcache/ are all 0. The videocache.log says, [The video scheduled - cached - served from cache], but infact it doesn't, Can you tell me if I miss something.
